Since the upgrade to Exchange 2007, many if not all Outlook 2003 SP3 clients have the same problem. They want to select an address list other than the GAL to be searched first. In the Address Book they select Tools, Options, and set their preferred address list in the "show this address list first" box. It may hold for several restarts of Outlook, but eventually the entry in "show this address list first" will revert to the GAL. How do I resolve this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.
